As a wife, mother and teacher I have always been passionate about health, meal planning and cooking. Trying to juggle all three hats means that I need to be organized if I want to feed my family healthy and delicious meals. I began meal planning as a way to simplify dinner, while saving time and money. I would frequently discuss and share successful recipes with colleagues and friends. Over the past few years, my culinary palette has evolved and cooking has become one of my biggest passions. I hope I can inspire and encourage others to not only be better prepared in the kitchen, but also to enjoy cooking!
